Privacy notice
Effective November 3, 2026
This notice covers singularityminded.com, the website of Singularity Minded LLC: what it collects when you visit or write to us, and what we do with it. Our products, such as Assay and Bearing, handle an agency’s data under that agency’s own agreement with us, not under this notice.
When you write to us
- We receive what you enter in a form: your name, work email and organization, the choices the form asks for (such as your role and what you’d like from us, or for teaming your company’s size, NAICS codes and capability statement link), and any note you add.
- We use it only to answer you and follow up on what you asked about. It arrives as an email in our inbox.
- When you ask about a product, we send one confirmation to the address you gave. It doesn’t repeat what you wrote.
- Your IP address is used, in memory only, to limit repeated submissions and for the verification check. We don’t save it, and it isn’t included in what we receive.
- The verification check is Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser and connection to tell people from automated traffic. Cloudflare handles that under its own privacy policy.
Counting visits
To learn what’s useful, we count page views, which product clips are watched, which buttons are pressed and how far people get with a form. Each count records the page, what happened and a short label from a fixed list. A page view also records the name of the website that linked here, if any, and the campaign tags in the link.
- Our site sets no cookies and records no visitor or session ID and no IP address, so the counts can’t tell one visitor from another.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, nothing is counted.
- We run the counting ourselves. No analytics or advertising company receives it.
Who handles it for us
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site and runs the form and the visit counts, in the United States.
- Cloudflare runs the form’s verification check.
- Resend delivers our emails, including your confirmation.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, where your request arrives.
We don’t sell or rent what you send us, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else except as the law requires.
How long we keep it
- Requests stay in our email while they’re useful for following up. Ask and we’ll delete yours.
- Records of emails that failed to send are kept for one month.
- Individual visit counts are kept for three months. Totals are kept as statistics for up to 15 months.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to the address below and we’ll answer within 30 days. To stop the visit counts, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them.
